 OUR WINES & WINE STORIES

A taste of nature

 01 I Perla

The Perla that comes from "pearls" tells its own story as it goes down your throat, and in your glass it goes down like pearls.

"Jurica's and Željko's grandma had a deep love for pearls and used to describe things she found particularly beautiful as "a pearl". She believed that they symbolized the timeless elegance and sophistication of her younger days.

02 I Pošip

Pošip is an autochthonous white wine grape that is grown in Čara, village on the island of Korčula.

The first Pošip vines were discovered growing in the wild. The origin of Pošip wine is not well documented, but it is believed to have been grown on the island of Korčula for hundreds of years. The exact date of its discovery is unknown, but the wine is considered to be a traditional and historical variety in Croatia. In recent years, Pošip has gained recognition and popularity both domestically and internationally, leading to an increase in its production and demand.

Therefore, our ancestors years ago tried to keep Pošip alive so that we can all enjoy these golden drops today.

03 I PLAVAC MALI

Plavac Mali is a red wine variety grown on the island of Korčula in Croatia. It is a full-bodied wine with a rich taste and high alcohol content, typically ranging from 13% to 15%. Plavac Mali has a unique flavor profile, with notes of dark fruit such as black cherry and blackberry, as well as spices such as pepper and cloves. The wine is considered to be a premium variety in Croatia and is often aged in oak barrels, which can impart additional flavor and complexity to the wine.
